Information for our club and services
How to activate the 20% discount?
1. Login to our platform - https://app.playboxcourts.com
2. Go to My Profile and then click on Finances
3. If this is your first payment you will see a button "Enter the first payment" otherwise click on eAccount and then "Payment to the e-wallet". Here you can load money into your account.
4. Enter the amount of the payment. For any amount greater than 100BGN you will receive an additional 20% in your account.
How to Pay with e-Wallet?
To pay with your e-wallet start the process of booking a court.
When you reach the screen to choose a payment method on the top of your screen click on eAccount. You will see your balance there and on below you will see how much you will be charged for the court.
How to register?
The registration process is fairly simple. For the registration you click on Menu and then Login/Registration. You will be forwarded to our booking platform. After accessing the booking platform, simply fill in the required information as shown in the online form. Be sure to complete the registration process on this website before downloading the mobile application if you would like to use it as an APP on your phone (the APP is available for iOS and Android). After completing the registration process you will be able to book our courts.
How to enter in the facility?
When you make a reservation on our platform you will receive an email with your unique access code. You can just simply enter this code on the Keypad (left to the white door) to enter the facility. This code does not change for you but is working only during your bookings +15 minutes before and after the booking. (Important: You don`t need the code to exit the facility). You can find this code also on our booking platform and the mobile APP on the home screen.
Where is the club located?
The club is located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria in Hristo Smirnenski neighbourhood. The address is Peshtersko Shose 30 but if you will use Google Maps to find our club be sure to include "West Area" as evidently there is another building with the same address (not that far from us). In a close proximity to our club is located Atheltics West Gym and West Cafe. If you are from the neighbourhood you may recognise the building as Aptechno (previously home to the company BTL.
How can I start the machines?
The machines are managed from an APP installed on tablets. There is a tablet location near the baseline of each court. The tablets are always on and with the APP pre-loaded for your convenience. If for some reason the tablet is locked please call the emergency contact phone displayed on the board next to the tablet.
What is the size of the courts?

What surface is the court?
The surface of the court is hard with ITF-approved acrylic blue paint.
Do I have to bring balls?
No, the machines are already filled with balls. The machine on the normal court is filled with normal balls (pressureless) and the machine on the small court is usually filled with balls for children (called green balls which are lighter). In case ball shall be changed there should be a bucket with other balls next to the machine construction. Please do not mix the two types of balls because it interrupts the rhythm of the play (balls fly and bounces in a different way).
What shoes to wear?
No specific requirements for shoes they just need to be clean.
Can I play with partner?
Yes, you can but you will be on the same side of the net. You can set the machine to throw balls on forehand and backhand and you can switch.
I registered but I cannot see and book courts. Why is that?
This can happen if you first downloaded the APP and registered from there. The booking platform that we use serves many clubs across Europe. Registering in the APP will give you access to all the clubs available in the booking platform. To book courts in our club you first have to find it. Use the search bar in the app and find type Playbox Courts. When found you have to request to join our club. Your approval will happen instantly. Next time you open the APP our club homepage will be loaded by default.
Can I listen to music while playing?
Yes, that is why we have a bluetooth speaker for your convenience. It can be found on the big court on the table next to the sofa. Please do not use the speaker if there are people on the other court or without their consent first.
How do I pay?
We accept online payments only. The usual way is to make a payment during the reservation process. We use Stripe as a payment provider and they accept a wide-variety of payment methods including ApplePay and Revolut Pay (Available after January 1st 2026). If you don`t want to pay everytime you can add money to your e-Wallet and then use the wallet for the payment process. For tennis trainers and on special occasions we can also provide a special online payment orders.
Is there parking spaces to park?
Yes. We have 2 parking spaces reserved for clients. Their are located inside the compound and are indicated with a sign that you can find at the bottom right on our website. The parking spaces are for free and can be used only during your booking times.
Can I come with Bicycle?
Yes. We have a parking for bicycles.
Can I come with my tennis trainer?
Yes. You can come with your tennis trainer. If you don`t have one you can also request one of our trainers.
Do you have a toilet and a changing room?
Yes, we have a toilet with a changing room (mixed men and women) and a shower.
Where can I buy water or coffee?
We have a coffee machine for your convenience. You need to turn on the machine and wait a few seconds for the cleaning process to complete. After that you have to choose how you would like your coffee (espresso or long black). It doesn`t have cappucino, latte or other coffee beverages but you can find some plant based milk in the mini fridge (under the printer). There is also water in the mini-fridge. For now we don`t have a way to charge for it but we will be grateful if you leave us some cache in the tips jar next to the coffee machine.
